Consultation Fee for services

At my center we do alot of consultations following Modified Barium Swallow Studies with families and we are as of right now unable to bill for them. In the consultations we perform family and patient teaching on diets and review the video's with the family, etc. Does anyone have a billing code (CPT code) that we might be able to use to possibly bill for this service?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd use 92526 as it is part of the treatment.
