We are looking for an SLP (CFY is fine) or an SLP-A, interested in Early Intervention, ages 0-5. Bilingual (Span/Eng) preferred, but will consider if willing to learn Spanish on the job. Job duties include home visits, clinic patients, and we have our own Toddler School. We work as a multi-disciplinary team, including PT, OT, Audiology, and Child Development Specialists. Early Intervention is a break from traditional speech therapy as we work closely with families, and since the children are so young, we follow a more play-based approach. We get to get on the floor and really play with our kids and watch them learn, explore and discover new things every day. It's so rewarding to watch a 2 or 3 year old discover communication and/or to see parents have an "aha!" moment when you teach them to recognize all aspects of communication, rather than "words."
