Does anyone know of the program "Kessler's" and where I can find it? I read it was good for /s/ remediation, but I can't find it.
Does anyone have any other programs or techniques good for a lateral lisp?

Lateral lisp
The best luck I have had over the many years I have been an SLP with a lateral lisp is using a simple technique that I am sure many others have used. I start with the child producing the phoneme /t/ very softly and quickly several times in rapid succession. It is very easy to then prolong the /t/ into the beginnings of the sibilant production for /s/. Generally this will give the child some quick good feedback as to how it is supposed to be produced, rather than how the lateral production has been. At first the production is short, but with continued therapy, the child can begin to produce a good /s/. In conjunction with this I use a light tapping motion in the air, with my fingers pointed upward as I make the rapid /t/ production and when I begin to prolong the production, I gently drag my fingers down in the air to give the child an idea of the fact that this is a continuing sound. This may sound strange, but it is part of a method used with the deaf and hard of hearing called Verbotonal. You may have already tried the majority of this, but good luck!
